There is a restriction on leasing a unit for the first 2 years of ownership.
Leases must be for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months and cannot be leased more than twice in a calendar year.

Yes. Owners may have two (2) pets that, when fully mature, weigh up to 25 pounds. Tenants are allowed one (1) pet with same weight restriction.
The dues include all common area maintenance, landscaping and irrigation, all exterior building maintenance, professional property management.
There is a community clubhouse and pool shared by all three Jupiter Dunes properties, managed by Jupiter Dunes POA. The Association is close to the beach and located along the Jupiter Dunes Golf Course, which is a par 3 course.
